What to expect as an onboarding client with out company
General Contract
This process is most common, where a customer already has engineered drawings issued for construction and we can do a material and labor estimate base off your existing approved prints. We will then submit our price, sign a contract that clearly outlines our full scope of work and payment schedule. We then pull permit(s) and go through the building process.
Design & Build
This process is a full service to walk you through your design. In any case if you're not confident in the field it can be hard to understand the "why" of the design process as well as how it works with the building process so this option really give customers the chance to ask the questions direct and get the answers right away. From Concept, to initial site visit, to construction, to clean up, we will be with you the whole way.
